We rent apartments for three to fifteen month leases.
We have a range of leasing qualifications for anyone looking to rent an apartment in El Paso, TX. We look at income, credit, and employment history. The vast majority of rental applicants meet all our requirements, but it is good to check our Full Renter’s Guidelines before applying.

Fees and Deposits
To apply to rent our El Paso apartments we charge a $50 application fee for a single applicant and a $80 application fee for couples. There is no charge for children.
Our deposits depend upon the number of bedrooms in the unit you want to lease:
- 1 Bedroom: $200 Deposit
- 2 Bedroom: $250 Deposit
- 3 Bedroom: $300 Deposit
Yes. When you move out of your apartment, your deposit will be used to clean the apartment and make any necessary repairs. Any unused funds will be refunded to you. You will receive an itemized statement of any deductions from your deposit
There is a $75 administrative fee.
Utilities and Services
We have convenient trash containers located throughout our apartment community for your use. Residents are charged a small fee (generally around $10 per month) based upon the size of their unit. This fee is subject to change.
Washer and dryer connections are available in select two and three bedroom units. The additional premium for a unit with washer/dryer connections is $40 per month. Apartments with a washer connection only have a $20 premium.
Yes. Pest control fees are included on your monthly billing statement and vary depending upon your unit size. Most units will pay about $3 per month.
Yes. Once you are a resident, you will have access to our online resident system, where you can setup auto pay for your monthly rent.
Setting up your utilities is easy because all utilities are handled through the property. Just sign your lease, and we handle the setup! All utilities are billed through the property, and you see all charges on one convenient statement.
You should expect to see monthly charges for your utility services. We billback electricity, water, sewer, gas, trash, and pest control. The charges will be based on your unit size. You will see each charge as a separate line item on your billing statement. Call or visit our office for additional details or approximate utility costs for the floor plan you are interested in.
There are two upfront charges for your pet(s):
- We charge a refundable pet deposit of $300. Your deposit will be refunded after move-out, subject to deduction for any damages.
- We also charge a $300 non-refundable pet fee.
We only charge one deposit and fee for your pets, even if you have more than one pet.
Yes. There is a $35 per month fee for each pet.
Yes. Our weight limit for any pet is 75 pounds.
Yes, the limit is 2 pets per apartment.
If you have unusual type of pet, call our office to discuss your pet and whether it meets our community guidelines.
